At the forum, the Zheng'an government signed agreements with seven enterprises from Taiwan, attracting investments of about 200 million yuan ($28.22 million).

In recent years, Zheng'an has focused on the goal of developing the world's first-class guitar industry, and strived to create a production zone of world-renowned guitars.

In 2018, 6.02 million guitars were produced and sold out of Zheng'an to more than 30 places around the world, including the United States and Brazil, making the county the largest shareholder globally in the guitar production and sales market.

To date, a total of 56 enterprises have settled in the Zheng'an international guitar industrial park, including 38 manufacturing enterprises and 18 supporting enterprises. By the end of this year, the number of guitars sold is expected to exceed seven million, with the output value reaching up to seven billion yuan.

Zheng'an has established a guitar cultural education base to cultivate talents and produce a batch of outstanding works. In addition, the development of its guitar industry has helped create jobs, with more than 14,000 people in the county being employed in it.

In the future, Zheng'an will promote industrial upgrading to create its own brand, as well as integrate guitar manufacturing, culture, and tourism.
