China's Treasure: Guizhou, a documentary on Southwest China's Guizhou province, has amassed an audience of 365 million people after being shown on Discovery's multiple channels and China Central Television since the beginning of this year.

Co-produced by the Guizhou government, Discovery Inc, China Global Television Network (CGTN), and Century Media, the documentary focuses on Guizhou's history, economic development, and ecological environment.

The production of the documentary took three years, becoming Discovery's largest project on China's provinces, and was the first time that Discovery cooperated with Guizhou and CGTN.

The four-episode documentary tells the story of Guizhou exploring the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature to turn disadvantages into Guizhou's rich unique culture and economic opportunities.

It also showcases Guizhou's ethnic culture and achievements in high-tech areas, which reveals Guizhou's development methods and innovation in the Blue Ocean Strategy, which focuses on the potential needs of buyers.

As world's most influential documentary production and broadcasting platform, Discovery covers 220 countries with an audience of over 3 billion people. CGTN is a multi-language and multi-platform media outlet covering over 170 countries and areas.
