Lan Shaomin, deputy secretary of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee

Lan Shaomin, male, Han ethnic group, was born in January 1964 in Dabu county, Meizhou, Guangdong province. He began working in July 1985 and joined the CPC in March 1984. He has a doctorate in engineering.

He currently serves as the deputy secretary of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee.
