The 11th Guiyang Tourism Industry Development Conference was held on Sept 29 in Guiyang's Xiuwen county, Southwest China's Guizhou province, aiming to boost tourism development amid the novel coronavirus epidemic.
During the conference, agreements were signed for 15 projects involving tourism and agriculture, with a total contract volume of 20 billion yuan ($2.95 billion).
With rapid tourism industry development, clear tourism advantages, great tourism products, convenient traffic conditions and top-quality tourism services, Guiyang will fully utilize its tourism resources and create more tourism products.
Guiyang will also accelerate the construction of a national all-for-one tourism demonstration zone to become an international tourism city with a green environment.
