During this year's Spring Festival, which lasted from Feb 11 to 17, the 108 scenic spots in Southwest China's Guizhou province received 3.45 million visits. Its 33 hot spring resorts received 220,000 visits under strict pandemic prevention and control measures.

Guizhou's official smart tourism platform "一码游贵州" provided services to 766,700 people during the holiday, and Guizhou's provincial library, cultural center and museum organized various online sightseeing, exhibition, performance and reading activities for people to stay safe while enjoying the arrival of the Year of the Ox.

Visitors could also enjoy offline food tastings, scenic spots and theater plays in various cities.

Tour routes featuring folk customs, countryside scenery, healthcare and historical sites were the most popular among tourists during the holiday. These routes included Xijiang One-thousand-household Miao Village in Leishan county, Fanjing Mountain in Tongren city and Zunyi Conference Site in Zunyi city.
