Li Rui

Li Rui, male, Han ethnic group, was born in Fenyang, Shanxi province in October 1967. He began to work in July 1991 and joined the CPC in June 1987. He has an on-the-job doctorate of engineering.

He currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, and secretary of the CPC Zunyi Municipal Committee.
