Guian New Area held a work meeting with enterprises from the Shekou Industrial Zone on Sept 12. More than 20 entrepreneurs discussed industrial development and in-depth cooperation.

The new area's investment promotion bureau introduced Guian's policies, transportation, industrial layout and environment, highlighting Guian's intention to develop bases for computing power, new energy vehicles, batteries and related materials, and industrial backup.

Next, a number of entrepreneurs delivered speeches and spoke highly of the new area's infrastructure, industrial development, and industrial park planning. Some of them even expressed their desire to invest in the new area.

Guian New Area Development and Investment Co and China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co have established partnerships in a series of fields since September, and the two sides have decided to build the Guian Shekou internet industrial park together, matching the enterprises, market, corporate headquarters and R&D capacity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with Guizhou's resources, products, manufacturing bases and production capacity.
