The digital application scenarios for the second quarter in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area in Southwest China's Guizhou province were released on June 29.

These scenarios cover fields such as digital government, healthcare, smart tourism, urban governance, agriculture and rural areas, and new industrialization, comprising a total of 40 constructed scenarios and 10 open scenarios. The aim is to enhance the efficiency of public services, optimize urban management, strengthen industrial competitiveness, and improve people's well-being through digital transformation.

In terms of constructed scenarios, new scenarios and achievements showcasing the effectiveness of the digital transformation in Guiyang and Gui'an were selected and released, focusing on areas such as urban governance, industrial internet, rural vitalization, and public services. For instance, the Guiyang urban management and law enforcement bureau released a scenario for monitoring urban waterlogging, utilizing internet of things integrated monitoring and transmission technology to monitor water levels in low-lying urban road sections and provide automatic alerts.

Regarding open scenarios, digital scenarios demands were released in areas such as smart healthcare, rural vitalization, and urban governance. 

Guiyang and Gui'an have released a total of 70 constructed scenarios and 31 open scenarios this year. Moving forward, they will continue to explore artificial intelligence and blockchains and promote the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy.
