Wang Jigang, vice president of ZTE, stated that to unleash the full value of data elements, it is necessary to address the balance between data circulation and security.

Establishing a systematic operation for data elements is a complex and extensive undertaking. The entire system can be divided into seven parts, including property rights, supply, circulation, and pricing, which require technical system support and protection.

Data infrastructure offers helps realize the value of data elements through computing power and network support, data processing and storage, infrastructure for data circulation, data openness, sharing, and utilization.

Wang mentioned that when constructing data infrastructure, the first step is to thoroughly understand the data; the second step involves supplying high-quality data for internal applications, including data organization, cleaning, and rational governance; the third step involves authorizing data, including conducting market-oriented operations for exchanges and data operation companies. Therefore, data infrastructure unleashes a significant security value throughout the data flow.
