Theatrical festival for ethnic groups concludes in Guizhou

The closing ceremony of Guizhou's seventh provincial theatrical festival for ethnic groups was held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on June 27.

Two special awards, three golden awards, and four silver awards were given out to the best performances.

Two plays by delegations from Guiyang and Qiandongnan Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture won the special award and will represent Guizhou on stage at the sixth national art festival of ethnic groups.

After the festival, all awarded plays will be performed at various communities to allow more people to enjoy ethnic culture.
