Southwest China's Guizhou province ranks first in China for its remarkable growth in digital economy over the past four years, according to a national tour activity spotlighting the integration between big data and real economy, which stopped in Guiyang on July 25.

Guizhou has become the first national big data pilot zone and the proportion of integration in its digital economy has reached 89.6 percent. The level of integration is steadily improving and has become a new growth engine driving transformation and upgrading in Guizhou.

The province has even blazed a trail in furthering the integration as it has formed a completed closed-loop working system, which consists of assessments, consultations, and implementations.

Five supporting resource bases serving enterprise integration, typical solutions, public services, integrated park carriers, and benchmarking model cases, as well as two specialized think tanks will be set up to promote the integration of big data and real economy.

To date, a large service team consisting of 199 excellent service providers, such as Alibaba, Huawei, and Tencent has been organized. They have provided 491 solutions for Guizhou.

In 2018 alone, the team provided technical services for 1,822 enterprises, nurtured 104 benchmark projects and 1,050 demonstration projects, facilitated 1,625 cases on the integration of big data and real economy, as well as guided 10,124 enterprises to transition to cloud computing.
