Guizhou Entrepreneurs Development Convention to open in Guiyang

The 2023 National Leading Private Enterprises Boosting Guizhou's High-quality Development Conference and the 10th Guizhou Entrepreneurs Development Convention will be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Sept 8.

The conference will focus on attracting investment for private enterprises and will feature private investment forums, business trips, and signing ceremonies for investment projects.

The conference will invite four Fortune Global 500 enterprises, two top 500 Chinese enterprises, and 12 top 500 Chinese private companies. It will also invite 284 corporate chairmen, 215 chamber of commerce representatives, and 56 overseas entrepreneurs.

The guests will attend both the conference on Sept 8 and the 12th China (Guizhou) Intl Alcoholic Beverages Expo on Sept 9, with a focus on investment on the first day and consumption on the second day.

On the afternoon of Sept 8, the forum on boosting the high-quality development of the private economy will promote cooperation between the provinces of Guangdong and Guizhou.

The conference will feature a separate section for Guangdong enterprises, and the Guangdong Chamber of Commerce will invite a number of outstanding private enterprises to participate in the conference in an effort to boost Guizhou's rural vitalization.

The conference will also have various sub-forums held by government departments, financial institutions and business associations, covering topics such as industrial park development platforms, financial services, legal guarantees, and investment promotion.
