Nighttime shows to highlight 2019 Big Data Expo

To showcase Guiyang's achievements in high quality development and to allow visitors enjoy the abundant technologies during the 2019 Big Data Expo, Guiyang will organize several thematic activities in the evenings from May 24 to June 23.

The activities will adopt emerging technologies such as the internet of things and AI to highlight the expo with unmanned aerial vehicles, LED lights, water curtains, and lasers.

According to the planned schedule, from May 24 to June 2, the buildings around the Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Center will light up every night from 7:30 pm to 11 pm.

From May 24 to 31, 526 unmanned aerial vehicles will fly over the sky of Guizhou Finance City and Guanshan Lake Park, which is the first time that Guizhou has carried out such a large scale of demonstrations.

From May 24 to June 23, an art exhibition covering 1,200 square meters will open at the north square of Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Center.

The first stage of a big data cultural square located at the intersection of Changling North Road and Linchen East Road will open to the public from May 24. Residents can enjoy the scenery of water curtains and light shows in the area, showcasing the integration of technology with the natural ecological environment.

In addition, from May 25 to 31, concerts will be held from 7:30 pm to 10 pm every day for the guests and visitors of the Big Data Expo.
